The Meshive Python SDK, CLI and MCP server reach 1.0.0 with a semantic-versioning promise and a new install pin, and pre-1.0 packages are scheduled for removal.

  • A stable release. The meshive package (Python SDK and CLI) and the Meshive MCP server are now 1.0.0. From here on they follow semantic versioning: releases within 1.x don’t break code, commands, tool names or arguments written for 1.x. Anything deprecated keeps working with a warning and is removed only in 2.0.
  • Nothing to rewrite. 1.0.0 works with code written for the 0.1 releases. Change your pin to meshive>=1,<2 and reinstall, and regenerate your lock file if you use one.
  • The hosted MCP server already runs 1.0.0. Agents connected to https://mcp.meshive.ai/mcp need no changes. If you run the server yourself, use the meshive/meshive-mcp:1.0.0 or latest image.
  • Source history starts at 1.0.0. If you install from GitHub rather than PyPI, use a tag from v1.0.0 on; older tags and commits are no longer in the repositories.

Environments that already have a removed version installed keep working. A fresh install pinned to a removed version fails; change the pin to meshive>=1,<2, or the image to 1.0.0 or latest.
